Nomination Form

Dalton State is thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Alumni Awards! With thousands of graduates, we have much to be proud of—both personally and professionally. We are now accepting nominations for three prestigious awards: Distinguished Alumni Award, Young Alumni Service Award and the DJC Legacy Award. Submissions are open now through January 31. You can submit nominations here.

Distinguished Alumni Award

Awarded to alumni who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in their careers and contributions to society and the institution.

Young Alumni Service Award

Awarded to alumni who have graduated in the last 10 years and have made exceptional contributions to the institution and community through volunteer work or professional endeavors.

DJC Legacy Award

Awarded to alumni who graduated from Dalton Junior College and have demonstrated a dedication to the institution.
